By accessing dropkits.in or purchasing any product from Dropkits, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or make a purchase. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Dropkits sells digital products including AI prompt packs, social media content packs, business templates, and related resources. All products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped. After a successful payment, your product is delivered to the email address you provided during checkout.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Dropkits. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a contract under Indian law.

When you purchase a Dropkits product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence to use the product for your own business or professional activities.

This licence does not permit you to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the product with other individuals
• Upload, publish, or make the product publicly available in any form
• Claim the content as your own original work or represent it as something you created from scratch
• Use the product to create competing products or derivative works intended for sale

The licence covers one individual's use. For team or organisation use, contact order@dropkits.in before purchasing.

All content sold on Dropkits — including prompt text, captions, scripts, templates, and accompanying guides — is the intellectual property of Dropkits. Purchase does not transfer ownership of this content to you.

The Dropkits name, logo, and branding are proprietary. You may not use them without our written permission.

Our products are tools to help you work more efficiently. They are not a guarantee of specific business outcomes, client wins, follower growth, or revenue. The effectiveness of any prompt, caption, or template depends on how you use it, your specific context, and factors outside our control.

When using AI-generated prompts or outputs in professional or client-facing contexts, you are responsible for reviewing and adapting the content appropriately.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and netbanking.

Your purchase is confirmed once Razorpay processes your payment successfully. If a payment fails or is declined, no product is delivered and no charge is applied.

Please read our Refund Policy before purchasing. Digital products are non-refundable once the download link is delivered. The full details of what we do and do not resolve are in the Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Interfere with the operation of the website or payment systems
• Submit false or misleading information during checkout

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dropkits will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Dropkits will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
