Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every product on Dropkits is a digital file, such as a PDF, template, or prompt pack. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping address is collected and no courier is involved.

• Pay securely via Razorpay using UPI, card, or netbanking.
• Get your email at the address you entered at checkout, with a secure download link for your product.
• Download your file from that link. It is valid for 48 hours and allows up to 3 downloads.

Delivery is instant. The download email is sent automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.

In rare cases a bank or UPI confirmation can take a few minutes longer. If you have not received the email within 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.

There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price shown on the product page is the full amount you pay.

Email support@dropkits.in with your order number or payment reference and the email address you used at checkout. We will resend your download link, usually within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Sat).
