Dropkits operates the website dropkits.in and sells digital products including AI prompt packs, social media content packs, and related resources. When this policy says "Dropkits", "we", "us", or "our", it refers to the entity operating dropkits.in.

We collect only the information needed to process your order and deliver your product. At the time of purchase, we collect:

• Full name — to address your order confirmation and download email.
• Email address — to send your product download link. This is the primary piece of information we need to complete your order.
• Phone number (optional) — collected only if you choose to provide it. You can complete a purchase without it.

We do not collect or store payment card details. All payment information is handled directly by Razorpay. See Section 4 for details.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Process and confirm your order
• Deliver your product download link via email
• Respond to support requests you initiate
• Maintain transaction records as required by applicable law

We do not use your personal information for advertising, remarketing, or behavioural profiling. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

To operate our store, we work with the following services. Each receives only the data necessary for their function:

• Razorpay — payment processing. When you pay, Razorpay handles your card, UPI, or netbanking details directly. Dropkits receives only an order confirmation and payment status. Razorpay's privacy policy is available at razorpay.com.
• Resend — transactional email delivery. We use Resend to send your download link to the email address you provided at checkout. Resend does not use your email for its own purposes.
• Vercel — website hosting. Standard server logs (IP address, request metadata) may be retained by Vercel per their own privacy policy.

Our website uses minimal cookies — primarily those set automatically by our hosting infrastructure for performance and security purposes. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Disabling cookies in your browser will not prevent you from completing a purchase or receiving your download.

We retain your order details (name, email, product purchased, and transaction reference) for as long as needed to support your access to the product and to comply with applicable tax and accounting requirements.

If you would like your personal data deleted, email order@dropkits.in. We will process your request within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request erasure of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent to data processing where processing is consent-based

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the personal data we hold. Payment data is never stored on our systems — it is processed entirely by Razorpay. Your name and email are stored in a secured database with restricted access.

No method of internet transmission is completely secure. If you have specific security concerns, contact us at order@dropkits.in.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without providing notice. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
